Life truly is strange. We discover things that we don’t know about ourself sometimes. But it is only the odd ones or the unexpected ones that shock us. Let me start by professing my love for freebies, I am someone who really enjoys free stuff, the Swag, the free goodies that companies give, the free soaps and candy in hotels, the corporate t-shrits, anything free really. I really, really love them. I also consider myself to be unlucky, and frequently complain to anyone who will listen about how everything wrong happens to me and me only. I considered myself to be a pretty unlucky person in General.

However it’s the second time in my life that I won something for free. Once as a child I got a free Lunch Box. It was printed inside a candy wrapper. And 2 or 3 weeks ago I won a brand new iPhone 17 pro, it’s the latest one just announced 2 months ago at the time of writing. I remember I went with a friend to a kebab place. They had an offer on their burgers. I wrote my name on the receipt and put it in the Box, The contest had many prizes including a trip to Dubai. The guy at the counter said you want to go to Dubai ?, I replied “No, I need the new iPhone”. And behold, that Sunday I get a call, which I thought was an obvious scam. Turns out ,no, I did actually win the iPhone in blue color.

And just like that all of my complains are invalid. Most people never win anything for free let alone something of high value. I did. And it has revealed something magical to me. I actually do not like free stuff that much. I like the idea that I am a winner of some random contest, that I am the chosen one. Perhaps all of us do. But the deep cravings of human beings are different then the desires of us humans. The iPhone still sits in the corner, its on, it has games on it, but I really enjoy my original phone still. Im gonna switch over any day now. But the real thing I discovered is that our desires along with our perceptions about ourself are FALSE.

That leads me to multiplecurrencyconverter.com. Its a website that converts one currency into multiple. The goal is to create a portal where users who regularly deal with cash can set up their currencies in a web page and then can come to this page anytime. It's one of those projects that I just assumed would be a success in several years and a reason for passive income. However since its launch it has only had 235 views, the idea is if I leave it online for a long time the views will increase. The truth is that they might not. However, this first project was my entry into the world of online business. I overcame my shyness and fear of failure by producing a project that was so small that it really did not matter if I failed. It was just an entry point. I did not share it with many people; in fact, the people I shared it with immediately laughed and showed me other similar products. However I do intent do keep this project live for as long as I can. Not because it's important but because it's a reminder to not be afraid. So here it is. The next 2 projects which I am working on simultaneously, are much more interesting, and their details will come in the upcoming days.
